- AGM: This is an important meeting as you may have noticed our numbers have continued to drop and we need to ask how can we best carry on? We also need people to step and take on jobs like Programme Secretary, (responsible for arranging evenings), and Competitions Secretary, (responsible for getting judges and other aspects of competitions).
